The path

From your application to your first shift.

    Tell us who you are and where you are in the process. It takes about two minutes to start.

  2. We review your file

    Our clinical team looks at your licensure, your specialty and your experience, then talks it through with you.

  3. You interview with the hospital

    You meet the hospital directly. They decide, and so do you.

  4. We handle licensure and visa

    Your visa pathway is filed, EB-3 immigrant petition or TN, depending on your country and your licence.

  5. You arrive, and we stay

    Housing, banking and mentorship are set up before you land, and support continues after you start.

How long does the process take?
